Yarnton Scout Group was formed more than 50 years ago (see history page)
Within these pages you can find out about the Group, what we offer, when we meet and how you can join.We provide Scouting to Young people aged from 6-25 split into 5 sections dependant on age. The Group is responsible for running beavers, Cubs & Scouts, whilst Falcon Explorers & Notnray Network meet at our HQ but are run by District & County Scouts.
All sections are open to Girls and Boys. and all meet at our HQ in Merton Way, Yarnton, OX5 1NN
It is now part of Oxford Spires District one of the Districts making up Oxfordshire County Scouts

Yarnton is a village and civil parish in Oxfordshire about 1 mile (1.6 km) southwest of Kidlington and 4 miles (6.4 km) northwest of Oxford and 3.5 miles (5.6 km) southeast of Woodstock, its current population is circa 3000 with more people moving in as new houses are built.
