April 23rd is St George’s Day Parade

April 23rd is St George’s Day, not only the patron saint of England but also of Scouting, every year we celebrate with either a parade or a fun day.
This years celebration is in the form of a treasure hunt, please read the attached flyer and let your section leader know if you can make it.

OxonJam County Camp Details

Plans are in place for a County Camp over the second May bank holiday weekend at Blenheim Palace; all Sections and all Groups across Oxfordshire will attend it! Thousands will be going and so could you!

Remembrance Parade

As is the tradition for Yarnton Scout Group, we will be joining in the commemorative service at St Bartholomew’s Church, on Sunday 13th November.  We will meet Park Close, off Church Lane at 2.30 pm for the march to church for a 3.00 service.
Full smart uniform to be worn, if cold extra layers underneath as no coats to be worn.  …

A great weekend was had by all that attended District Superheroes camp.  Activities available included the following:
