In conjunction with Cherwell DC, Yarnton Parish Council is organising this year’s Village Spring Clean during the period 28th March to 28th April.

Already a number of village organisations have volunteered their participation including the Scouts, WI and Golf Society. It is anticipated other groups will enlist.

High visibility jackets, gloves, bags and pickers will be provided to volunteers via the Parish Council. Designated areas for picking will be allocated and the work can be done at any time during the specified dates.

This is a great opportunity for residents to get together for the benefit of the village we all live in. If the residents in the village were to litter pick their own street and grassed areas what a great effort that would be.

Individuals/organisations wishing to take part please phone either the Parish Clerk on 01865 378476 or Fred Jones on 01865 373871
